Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) — EFMP is  mandatory program and requirement of all dependents (adults and children) that reside with their active duty sponsor and have special medical, educational, developmental, and /or emotional needs or concerns. The EFMP empowers families with resource referrals, education programs, and consultation. Additionally, they coordinate with military programs, medical facilities, and community agencies to create a network of support for each EFMP family.
